1, zipper thermal shrinkage rate is greater than the thermal shrinkage of composite films;
2, the melting point of the zipper itself is greater than or equal to the melting point of the heat seal film;
3, the zipper on the child button section is too large;
4, zipper bag making machine on the local seal design is not reasonable, it is recommended to use ultrasonic heat sealing device;
5, partial heat seal head design is not reasonable (too small);
6, ultrasonic heat sealing device output power shortage or lack of pressure;
7, Insufficient ink layer heat resistance;
8, silicone rubber pad hardness is not appropriate.
